Now You Can Schedule a Call to Customers from the App

All users can schedule a call to a customer in addition to the existing ability of scheduling visits. ‘My Schedule’ page will display both visits and calls scheduled for any customer.



Smart and Much Faster Location Capture

To provide smoother and quicker experience while capturing location, and to minimize momentary inaccuracy of location, we have further optimized our algorithms to capture location



Now Track Changes Made to Certain Customer Profile Attributes

10 selective key fields in Customer Profile will now have a change history log. This log will also be available on the mobile app as part of customer history. 



Lead Management Now Goes Deeper with 'Stage Type' and 'Predefined Stage Change Reason

You will have better insights, in-depth reports, and will be able to facilitate intelligent Cues with Stage Concept having additional attributes such as Stage Type and Stage Change Reason. 

  • You can now define which stage will be considered as New/Won/Abandoned/ Lost.

  • Stage Change Reason will allow defining various possible reasons for a lead to be in a particular stage. This will facilitate better analysis of why a Customer/Lead is in a particular stage. Stage Change Reason is not available in this release but will be available in subsequent releases



Misc Improvements and Bug Fixes

  • Campaign name to be imprinted on Campaign response Images

  • Order Status on Order view screen on the App

  • Campaign response report will now have a column-wise presentation

  • Multiple answer fields in Campaign Form can now have up to 20 values
