Customer ‘Stage Change Reason’ and ‘Stage Type’ introduced for managing the lead pipeline. This means you can define a list of reasons for moving a Customer into a specific stage. You can also define which stage will be treated as “Won” or “Lost”. Customer 'Stage Type' will be available from Wednesday, 1st Jan 2020.
