The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available by end of this month.     

1. Enhancements in the Scorecard Module:

 

1.1. Auto Computation of Team Targets

  • Individual targets will be clearly separated as "Self Targets," while team targets and achievements will now be automatically computed.

  • Managers without individual targets no longer require manual uploads since team targets will automatically calculate.

  • Action required: Review and adjust any existing targets based on the previous model.


1.2. User-Specific Customer Targets

  • Now, customer-level targets can be individually assigned to team members (SR, TSM, SM roles), enabling precise performance tracking at both user and customer levels.

1.3. Customer Visit Targets via Sales Team App

  • Customer visit targets can now be directly set from the Sales Team App.

  • A new configuration option enables control over which designations have permission to set these targets.

1.4. Auto Calculation of User-Level Targets from Customer Targets

  • Targets assigned at the customer level will now auto-generate user-level targets.

  • Reduces redundant target setting tasks, though separate user-level targets can still be set independently if needed.

1.5. Extended Scorecard Performance Downloads

  • Scorecard performance data can now be downloaded for periods up to 12 months, extending from the current 30-day limitation.

1.6. Updates to Scorecard Performance Downloads and Target Uploads

  • Changes have been made to columns in upload and download files.

  • Action required: Notify your Customer Success Manager if you have existing automations depending on these files to discuss these changes.



2. Additional Improvements:

2.1. BeatPlan Enhancements

  • BeatPlans can now be downloaded for future dates.

  • Unapproved BeatPlan downloads will clearly indicate who approved or rejected the plan.

2.2. Country-Specific Pin Code Validation

  • Automatic address fetching based on country-specific pin code validations upon customer creation. Country wise no of digits can be setup at the back end, prompting system to automatically fetch address once user enters these no of digits

2.3. Customer List as Data Source for Custom Fields

  • Custom fields in the order workflow can now leverage a predefined customer segment.

  • Useful for scenarios where suppliers are selected during order placement from a customer list.

2.4. Real-Time Sync for Tour Visits

  • Attendance from tour visits will now reflect in real-time due to improved synchronization.

2.5. Improved Visit Adherence Metrics

  • New configurations allow precise measurement such as counting only geo-verified visits, excluding total visits below a certain threshold, and measuring adherence as a count or sum of visits.

2.6. Module-Specific Permissions for Custom Roles

  • Enhanced module-level access control for custom admin roles.

  • Modules include Campaign (specific campaigns), User & Attendance, Customer & Route Master, Reports, and Distributor Operations Manager.
