1. Team Productivity & Adherence Reports Now Live in the Sales Team App


Sales teams can now access detailed productivity and adherence reports directly within their mobile app — alongside their Scorecard reports for themselves & theri team.

Track daily metrics across productivity, customer coverage, and business revenue, all in one place for faster insights and better field execution.



2. Smarter Customer App Experience for Outstanding Payments


We’ve separated Outstanding Payments from the Statement of Account section for greater clarity. Plus, you can now configure custom payment nudges — personalized reminders based on invoice status — helping you accelerate collections efficiently. These custom payment reminder nudges can be set up for both the sales team & customers.



3. Campaign Forms: Capture Multiple Images with Ease 


Running merchandising audits or field activities? Campaign forms now support multi-image uploads in a single field — no need for multiple entries.

All submitted images can be accessed via a single web link (if public sharing is enabled for the form)


4. Prioritized Product Filters in Customer App

You can now promote key filters
 (like Brand, Category or from any custom fields etc.) from your Product Master to the top of the catalogue view — making it faster and easier for customers to find products and place orders.
