The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available.
1. Auto-replenishment Recommendation for Distributor Primary Orders We now have an option of generating order intent at any point in time available with the sales team & distributors themselves to make primary order placement easier. Stock norms can be uploaded at distributor level & based on current stock of a distributor, the system can generate an order intent which can be used to place an order.
This is how New Format looks like (Please make sure to inform your partners & sales team on this) 2. Custom Icons to Represent Different Customer Sub-types in Sales Team’s App Custom icons can be set up for subtype level differentiated visibility of all customers in map view. This feature enhances clarity and improves user experience by providing easy identification of customer types on the map. 3. The Source Data Input in the Campaign form is now more Intuitive and Report-friendly In campaigns, if source data such as Product List as an input type is selected, users will be able to select a Product by utilising prebuilt filters on Brand, Category or Product. Along with this we have improved Report Builder to also include additional product attributes (such as category name, category ID or brand name) in any report built on such Campaign Data.
Campaign Forms targeted on customers are currently used to allow customers using WhatsApp-connected Customer App to report their issues, raise claims or submit feedback. Now with this change, customers can track the history of all such submissions. Additionally customers will also get a notification on changes in submissions made previously e.g. if an Issue status was marked ‘Resolved’, customer will get a whatsapp notification as well as an in-app notification.
In tour visit activity, while reporting day start & end, we have introduced a new field where users can also mention their KM reading. Along with this we have also made compulsory capturing of photos as configurable at company level.
Previously, updating a customer’s profile details via the sales team app or API could reset their Approved status, causing unnecessary re-approvals. Now, if a customer is already Approved, profile updates will not change customer approval status. The change is automatically applied, requiring no user action. 6.2. New API for Customer Contact Create/Update |
