BeatRoute just got better (Release 7.2.2)

The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available by this week.

1. Sales team can now fetch order price before order placement


In case where (SKU * Customer) pricing data is not mapped in BeatRoute either through price upload or price integration, we have enabled a way to fetch order price after SKU selection to fetch pricing in real time from ERP. This will help the sales team to see order value before confirming order, to discuss with customers in terms of adding more products before order placement. Without this feature, the sales team had to wait for orders to sync before checking the updated order value. 



2. Referring influencer option is now configuration based in order workflow


We have added a configuration to ask for recording referring influencers in the order workflow. This will apply both on the sales team as well as customer app. Only If enabled, referring influencer option will appear in this workflow. For industries where this is not relevant, this can be switched off now.   


3. All draft orders are now visible on home page in sales team app 


In BeatRoute, the sales team has an option to save orders as draft orders for them to edit & place final orders later. We have added visibility of all draft orders at one place on the home page itself making it easier for the sales team to act on them in terms of converting them to final order. List of all active draft orders will be visible on the home page as well as customer history. 


4. SKU search by scanning ERP id while collecting order


You can now configure custom logic for converting scanned id into ERP ID for the purpose of SKU search. We have given a regex feature in this configuration, to define different kind of logics in terms of reading ERP ID from QR code san



5. Managers to get visibility on first & last recorded activity under team section


The attendance section in SFA gets updated after 2 hrs causing confusion on whether a team member started the day or not. For the purpose of better operational monitoring, under the team section we have added visibility on first & last activity for every team member under managers. Team section is where daily performance & activities are shown 



6. Now get visibility on all devices user logged in from for a particular duration


Under active user sessions in BeatRoute we have added an option to see all devices users logged in from for a particular duration. This can help the backend team to figure out suspicious login. Admin can also force logout on active devices & flag out users who might be sharing their IDs to someone else for the purpose of getting their attendance marked. 



7. Changes in physical stock upload & Inventory page

(i) Under distributor operations, in order to make this menu more clear for inventory of SKUs with variants, their movement & uploading physical stock we have made few changes listed below ->

This upload template will now be prefilled to make it easier for distributors to be able to use it to upload their physical stock.


(ii) Under Inventory menu there are 2 submenu presently namely SKU level inventory & Product group level Inventory. We are renaming them to Individual SKUs & SKUs with variants for better clarity.

(iii) Under inventory movement for SKUs with variants, it will show the impact of any SKU transaction (Inbound/Outbound) on overall inventory of the group which is combined of all variants.
