BeatRoute just got better (Release 7.3.3)

The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available by next week.

1. Flexibility to Change Customers at 'Bill To' While Creating an Order

Sales team app users can now change the 'Bill To' customer while creating an order, providing greater flexibility in selecting which associated sites a particular order will be billed to during the ordering process. We already had an option to change “Ship to” while creating an order. This order & attached dispatch will be created on the customer selected in the “Bill to” field. This might require action at your end in terms of checking its impact on user journey in terms of placing order.

2. Improvements in Reporting Attendance

Attendance reporting through the tour visit module can now be controlled at user designation level. So if you just want only a segment of users to be able to report attendance via tour visits and system based attendance via customer activity for other users you can do so now by designation based configuration.

3. Sales Team App is Now also Setup in Bahasa Language

For users in Indonesia who have bahasa language as their main language in their handheld, Beatroute app will also be available in Bahasa for these users to use with this update.
