The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available by end of July 2024.
1. Now Map one customer to Multiple sales team members & Partners - We have made a major improvement in terms of how customers, routes & distributors are configured in BeatRoute. This change has been introduced as a part of product roadmap with the purpose of fostering better collaboration between sales & marketing team working on the same customer, companies introducing category level sales team to better product range sold at an outlet. 2. Generate Invoice on the go in case of Ready stock teams - You can now maintain 2 invoice templates - One for desktop version & other for mobile. Mobile version will be available even in case of no internet connection on the sales man’s route. We have made it easy to get a print from SFA for the invoice to be handed over to the customer at the time of marking dispatch itself.
3. SKU Visibility Control at the time of Order Collection - While collecting orders in SFA, we have rolled out a configuration which can control SKU visibility. With this configuration only SKUs which are carried by a ready stock sales person will be visible to collect orders. This way users will not need to scroll through the entire list of SKUs.With this configuration Salesman will only be able to collect orders & dispatch for only in-stock SKUs at a given instant. This functionality will also work in offline mode.
4. Multilingual Functionality in SFA - We have added flexibility for multi-linguality in our SFA app. All workflows in the SFA app can now be made available in different languages depending on the country in which the sales team is operating. It will make it easier to train users & drive adoption.
