The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available from last week of this month.
Following are the changes in terms of continuous improvement of the platform -
Customer Return Download - Added new column for custom field visibility in customer return download. A custom field can be configured corresponding to returns marked by the sales team to get additional visibility related to the kind of return and the same can be downloaded in the Return download report.
Base UOM Update Restriction - In BeatRoute corresponding to a SKU - A base UOM & 5 alternate UOMs can be set up. Moving forward we are restricting updation of base UOM for a particular SKU both through API as well as portal. In case there is a need to alter the base UOM, a new SKU will have to be created in the system.
Customer Searchability - Users can now search customers on “My Schedule” as well as “Customers” page with external code as well along with name & BR ID of the customer.
API remarks Visibility- On new orders both primary & secondary, we have enabled visibility on warehouse comments in SFA app as well as portal. This will help users to check comments from the warehouse on any new orders placed instantly.
Tour Visit - Taking photo has been made mandatory in reporting tour visits by the sales team. This will help ensure hygiene is followed in terms of the sales team’s reporting requirements. Regular customer check-in at customer’s location will work the same way
Customer editability in the sales team’s app - As some of the customers have a customer app account with rewards. We have restricted the sales team to update a verified customer mobile no to prevent cases of frauds with customer’s reward account. In case of a customer with an existing mobile no which is verified, sales team will need to get an OTP from old as well as new mobile number to update. If this is not possible, the sales team will need to connect admin in that case.
Pull down refresh in Campaign - We have enabled pull down refresh in campaign forms to fetch relevant data coming via integration for visibility to the sales team acting on a response.
Following are the changes in terms of Product roadmap development -
Payment collection efficiency improvement - We have enabled filters in terms of SOA visibility & download on customer profile. Along with this we have enabled the ageing concept to bucket all unpaid invoices in terms of their age. These aging buckets can be configured at the backend for visibility to the sales team at customer level.
KPI builder on Network Expansion & Payment Collection Efficiency - Since scorecard module has been the centre of our Goal driven sales technology, we have made new KPIs structurally more configurable by taking a “Build your own” approach for this. Customer expansion KPI lets you measure sales team performance in terms of adding new customers with some conditions. Payment collection efficiency lets you create your own measurements in terms of tracking collection efficiency of the sales team.
Team Module for Managers - To improve manager’s experience in terms of navigating through day to day operational performance of the sales team, we have worked on this module. This lets managers view daily performance on scorecard parameters, operational data on daily working as well as a summary view on all activities done.
Duration based schemes - BeatRoute’s scheme engine had configuration for in-bill schemes. We have built period based schemes corresponding to achieving a certain volume/value target in a time frame. This will help in aligning customers' sustained loyalty with a company. Customers can also be incentivized in terms of period based schemes when they achieve their duration based custom targets
