We believe that sales rep must be a strong ally and supporter of company’s digital bridge with retailers, which means brand should have foresight and strategy behind B2B eCommerce that encourages a complementary, rather than an adversarial relationship.This feature fitted well with our above philosophy of how customer app can help in augmenting physical sales visits and convert that engagement into incremental orders for the brands. This feature also keeps Sales reps at the centre in terms of commissioning sales reps on all digital orders, rewards earned because of spin & win from their respective retailers. As people who’ve built relationships with retailers over time, Sales reps are one of the biggest assets when it comes to promoting a brand's online customer portal.


Reporting changes because of Spin & Win - In Order download, there is one column addition with header name parent_id to map Spin & win reward orders to parent order on which retailer won a spin & win session.
