This release brings Customer-level AI Moves that help users close in on their sales goals, full journey planning through the Scheduling AI Agent, configurable rolling forecasting, and physical geography mapping for Customer and Distributor network. This will be available by this week.
1. Introducing Customer-Level AI Moves

Moves is the next big upgrade in Goal-Driven AI. Rather than leave a rep to decode dashboards, the system reads Customer-level insights against their Scorecard KPIs and surfaces the next best action, right at the Customer, aligned to their Goals. Every visit to every Customer is pointed at the goals you want to drive there.

And Moves aren't only system-generated. Users can also create manual Moves for anyone in their hierarchy, turning an expectation into a tracked, owned action item. The assigned user can mark it Done, Attempted, or Dismissed, keeping execution accountable and transparent down to the individual Customer.
2. Introducing Journey Planning in the Scheduling AI Agent

So far, the Scheduling AI Agent identified the most critical Routes and Customers to visit by looking at critical business signals, and left it to the user to build their own plan from that. In multi-city or multi-day scenarios, planning the full journey was still a manual exercise.
Now the sales team can use the Scheduling AI Agent to plan the entire journey, deciding which Route or city to visit on which day and which Customers are the most critical within that city or Route. The journey plan can be submitted by a set deadline and reassessed anytime during the month based on actual visits and business outcomes, helping both frontline and manager users build a more optimised schedule.
3. Introducing Rolling Sales Forecasting

In industries like agri inputs, rolling forecasting is used for planning. Rolling Sales Forecasting can now be set up in BeatRoute, letting brands collect an updated Field Forecast directly from the field in both value and volume, at brand, category, or product level depending on configuration.
This gives real-time visibility into expected sales closing numbers and supports better sales planning. The Field Forecast can be compared against the AOP (Annual Plan) and the Central Forecast, bringing all three into one unified view.
4. Geographic Boundary Mapping for Routes & Distributors

Routes in BeatRoute can now be mapped to a Workzone, linking two entities that were independent until now. A Workzone can be created either by drawing its boundary on the map or by selecting administrative boundaries directly, and it can be linked to one or multiple Routes.
Since a Route is a Distributor-level entity, one Route maps to a single Distributor. A Workzone, however, can be assigned multiple Distributors. As a result, any Customer within a Workzone can place an order against any Distributor mapped to it, making supply to Customers from multiple Distributors easy to set up.
5. Miscellaneous Changes
Activity ID in Team Activity Download: Since multiple activities can be executed within a single visit, we have added an activity_id column to the Team Activity download for each individual activity. Together with the existing visit_reference_id column, this ties every activity back to the specific visit it was performed under.
