BeatRoute New Features (Release 8.4.0 - Sabarmati)

The updates and functionalities listed below are scheduled by the end of next week.


1. A Brand New Homepage for Sales Team App Brings Customer Goals Front and Center

We've rolled out a completely refreshed homepage design for the Sales Team App, built as an AI-native interface that aligns the user experience with Goal Driven AI. This update focuses on:

  • Putting customer goals at the forefront

  • Cleaner layout with simplified navigation

  • Easily accessible Copilot as an insights and task assistant

It moves us further in our journey of delivering a Goal-Driven, AI-native experience where AI agents work alongside sales teams, helping them stay focused on what matters most.



2. Customer Assignment Can Now Be Automated Using Our New AI Agent

We've introduced an intelligent Customer Assignment Agent to automate customer allocation, especially useful for companies where:

  • New customers or leads are created directly in BeatRoute or through an external system, or

  • Multiple sales team members serve the same customers, resulting in overlapping territories

With the new Workzones feature:

  • A Workzone can be defined on the map by drawing a polygon

  • Users (Frontline Reps or Managers) can be assigned to a Workzone

  • When a new Customer or Lead is created, the agent determines the related Workzone based on the Customer’s GPS location

  • Assignment AI Agent uses an intelligent match mechanism considering similarity of current assigned customers and proximity with the newly found customer to assign it to one or more Sales Reps

This ensures automatic, process-oriented determination of Sales Reps’ assignment for newly added customers avoiding any conflicts as well as manual work.


3. SKU Specific Targets For Each Customer Can Now Be Setup

The concept of Targets has now been expanded from the current Scorecard module where KPI level targets can be set up, to setting up SKU level monthly targets for each Customer.

This new capability allows:

  • Admins to set SKU-wise targets for each customer

  • Sales teams to view achievements vs. target directly during order taking

This helps sales reps in ensuring sales performance at SKU level.



4. Sales Team App Now Supports Multi-Method Login: OTP, Password, and MS Active Directory SSO

BeatRoute now supports three secure login options:

  • OTP-based login

  • Password login

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) through Microsoft Active Directory

Admins can enable/disable login methods from the backend based on company policy.

Outcome: Flexible onboarding and smoother access for distributed teams.
