The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available by end of this month
1. Improved Order Taking Experience in Sales Team App
We are excited to share the redesigned order-taking screen in the Sales Team App, designed for a world where AI agents, like BeatRoute's Order AI Agent work alongside your sales team, guiding them step by step.
This redesign introduces UI improvements that align with the sales reps' interaction flow with customers. It first allows them to sell what the customer usually purchases via repeat order recommendations (Readymade Basket), then ensures the booking of MSL/FSL SKUs, and finally focuses on cross-sells (Cross-Sell Recommendations) to introduce previously unordered SKUs to the customers' baskets.
Other key enhancements include seamless navigation between product categories and different SKU groups, as well as clearer visibility on applicable schemes and manual discounts.

2. Introducing Approval Setup Module
Approvals just got more powerful. We are introducing a brand new module to set up approvals on various workflows with a very high degree of configurability for approval requirement triggers and approval levels. You can now configure:
Multiple approval levels in a defined sequence.
Custom approval triggers at the workflow level.
As of now , single-level approvals were available for Returns, Campaign Forms (Custom Activity Forms) and Orders. With this release we are making this functionality available for Order Workflow and will extend this to Campaign Forms, returns, and Leave Application in our future releases.

3. Payment Term-Based Schemes in Trade Promotion Module
You can now define payment term-based schemes to encourage faster payments. This new option allows you to link schemes to payment timelines which customers can select at the time of order placement, offering incentives to customers who clear dues in time.

4. Credit & Load Limit Controls for Van Sales Teams
To manage overstocking risk and maintain healthy market credit from Ready Stock or Van Sales team:
Credit Limit: Restricts fresh stock issues if the user doesn’t have an available credit limit.
Load Limit: Controls the total stock value a van sales user can be issued at any point in time.
This ensures tighter control over market credit exposure and van stock levels.

5. Miscellaneous Improvements for better user experience
Secondary Order Upload :
We have a UOM column in our secondary order upload file, if this is not vacant then the system will consider the uom as selling UOM instead of base UOM considered presently.
At BeatRoute, we remain dedicated to continuously refining our platform to support your business goals effectively. Thank you for your ongoing trust and partnership.
