Scheme application on Customer Interface

All the schemes can now be applied even in the case of self-service orders placed directly by customers. For customers who just want visibility on the scheme without application, we have a configuration to allow just the visibility of the scheme without scheme application in the BeatRoute system. Spin & Win, Loyalty schemes continue to operate the same way as before.

Balance confirmation against Statement of Account

For brands sharing a statement of account with their customers, we have enabled a balance confirmation nudge which will let customers confirm their account balance periodically. This feature brings more transparency to the brand-customer relationship and brings legal safeguards to the brand in case of any disputes. This functionality can be accessed as a part of the Cuesbot module.
