That’s why Admins can now control which sub-type of customers can be created or updated by front line managers and representatives and which may be controlled via other central processes or may be an API fetch from another system.
Introducing Rewards Point History
Rewards points summary was already visible on the profile page of the customer. Now we have added an elaborate “Points History” section, in “more” details. Sales teams will now be better equipped to answer all the questions from customers about the current balance of reward points, trail of when certain points were earned and burnt with redemption.
