The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available at the end of next week
1. Map View for Customers & Distributors in Backend Portal
You can now plot customers and distributors on a map in the backend portal to analyze density and territory expansion opportunities.
During customer approval, approvers will also see nearby existing customers on the map, helping to avoid duplicate entries.
2. Clearer Visibility of Discounts in Order Workflow
Approvers can now see manual discounts (applied by the sales team) and scheme discounts (from scheme setup) separately at both SKU and order level.
This helps approvers make more informed decisions, and is equally valuable for managers who want clear visibility of discounts even when approval workflows are not configured.
3. Configuration to Restrict Sales Team Visits to Scheduled Customers Only
A new configuration allows you to restrict users to check in only at their scheduled customers for the day.
Unlike the earlier sequence-only restriction, this gives users flexibility to choose the order of their visits while preventing jump calls outside the planned list.
4. Reference Invoice Selection for Returns
When marking returns in the Sales Team App, you can now enforce the selection of the reference invoice against which the return is being requested. This ensures:
Accurate credit adjustments
Improved visibility for return validations
Stronger alignment with invoiced quantities and inventory records
5. Configurable Approval Reset on Customer Profile Changes
Companies can now decide whether a customer’s approval status should be revoked after profile changes.
By default, approved customers remain approved even if profile details are updated.
With this new configuration enabled, any changes will trigger the approval hierarchy again, adding control where required.
6. Enhanced Stock Request for Van Sales Teams
Van sales users can now view warehouse/back office stock availability before placing stock requests. A real-time refresh option ensures visibility of the most current stock levels.
7. UX Improvement in Payment Collection
After recording a payment, users will now remain on the View Payment page, making it easier to print receipts instantly without navigating through customer history.
8. Image Availability Tracking in Product Master Download
A new column in the product master download file shows whether an image has been uploaded for each SKU. This helps admins quickly identify missing images and drive timely updates.
