The updates and functionalities listed below are scheduled by 2nd week of January 2026
1. KYC & Better User Experience for Customer Profiling
We’ve redesigned the customer onboarding journey to make it more structured and user-friendly. We have also enabled full KYC verification using India KYC Stack to help teams capture complete customer information with ease.
Onboarding in Steps: All customer attributes can now be grouped into logical sections for easier navigation, and each section can be presented as one step in onboarding flow on the Sales Team App.
Save as Draft: Users can partially fill the profile, save it, and return later to complete the onboarding
India KYC Stack: Full KYC Verification for India, Including verification for documents such as AADHAR, PAN & GST, and error-free bank details addition with IFSC auto-lookup. While we are starting this with India, customers in other regions can reach out to us to have this extended to their region.
New Customer Filters: New Filters on Sales Team App to list Customers with missing or unverified documents.
2. Improved User Experience for Orders with Multiple Ship-to Locations
For scenarios where more than one Ship-to location needs to be added in single order, the workflow is now improved for ease of use.
Users can now select all shipping locations upfront, followed by
Adding quantities for each selected Ship-to location in one continuous flow
