BeatRoute just got better (Release 7.2.1 and 3.7.1)

The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available at the end of this week.


1. Driving sales goals at partner level 


To further strengthen our Goal driven approach in managing sales operations,, we have enabled partner level target upload & achievement tracking for 4 additional KPIs- 


  • Total value of secondary orders placed 
  • Total quantity of secondary orders placed 
  • Unique customers with at least one order to track unique outlets billed connected to a partner
  • Schedule adherence overall for team connected to a specific partner


This can be utilised to incentivise & align partners/distributors to drive these key business goals.

 


2. You can now setup your team in advance & invite users when ready 


We have made changes in terms of inviting new users to set up their BeatRoute account. While creating users, the admin will have an option to setup team in the system & invite users at a later stage as well. This will ensure proper information flow in terms of onboarding new user groups/teams. We have added an option to send login reminders to users not using the app actively.



3. Managers can now upload scorecard targets themselves for their team

You can now give designation based access to wider teams in terms of being able to upload scorecard targets for themselves & their team. We have also added an option to set a deadline by which targets are supposed to be uploaded. Along with this, in case no targets are uploaded, the system will pick last month’s target.


4. You can now setup approval process for customer returns marked by sales team

You can now set up an approval process for returns being marked against specific customer segments or on all customers. Designation based approval access can be set up to ensure accountability against returns being marked.



5. Customer can now place self serve orders through upload in customer app 

You can now give an option to customers to add products in cart through upload to make placing self service orders easier. This will be  very useful where average no of products per order are higher & selecting products one by one is cumbersome. This is available through a configuration where this can be enabled for selected specific subtypes of customer.
