The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available by 10th Sep 2024.
Schedule Creation & Visibility -> For TSM & SR role users all beatplans done on route level will be visible in a calendar view. New route level Beatplan can be created directly from the calendar after defining repeat rules. Either a new beat plan can be created or copied from the previous plan at user level.
Upload Plan -> In terms of upload we have given 2 uploads for Beatplan & Adhoc Plan. Beatplan can be done at both Customer & Route level through a single upload. There are columns corresponding to Customer ID & Route ID in this file. If customer id is vacant then it will be considered beatplan at Route level.
Download Plan -> In terms of download there will be 3 files corresponding to Beatplan planned at route level, Beatplan planned at customer level & Adhoc plan.
Plan Adherence Download -> This will have adherence on both kinds of plan at customer level. This download will have a distinction in terms of whether a plan is the beat plan/ad hoc. It will also have information whether an activity has been registered or not as well as info on gps verified visit.
All the downloads will now have an option to download at any team level. This will help in downloading schedules for multiple team members at once.
