The updates and capabilities mentioned below are available at the end of next week
1. Customer Visit Activities Can Now Have SOP Sequence
Companies can now define a pre-set sequence of activities that sales users must follow during customer interactions. Certain activities can be marked as mandatory, ensuring they cannot be skipped.
This prevents missed steps, errors, and inconsistencies by enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the right order. Execution becomes more disciplined, structured, and compliant.
2. Multi-Level Approvals Extended to Return Workflow
The Approval Module, already available in the Order Workflow, is now extended to the Return Workflow. Companies can configure multiple levels of approvers and trigger conditions for required approval for Returns.
This strengthens control and accountability for return transactions. We plan to extend this capability to additional workflows in upcoming releases.
3. Trade Promotion Module Now Available on API
In-Bill Schemes, part of BeatRoute’s Trade Promotion Module, are now available on API. This addresses the need of reassessment of scheme application when an order taken from BeatRoute flows into a fulfillment system like ERP/DMS and dispatch quantities vary from the ordered quantity.
This also means that customers would not need to duplicate schemes in the fulfillment system if they are using this API in the dispatch process.
4. Outstanding API Now Supports Ageing information
The Outstanding API now supports bucket-wise ageing information in addition to total outstanding.
This can be implemented for both customers and partners, giving a more granular view of receivables.
