Q1. Can returns be created from the portal?

 A: Yes, returns can be created from the DMS portal against an order through Partner login, and direct returns can also be created.


Q2. Can returns be filtered based on customer type?

 A: Yes, returns can be filtered based on customer type, subtype, and chain.


Q3. Where can returns be confirmed as taken by mobile app users?

 A: Returns can only be confirmed through Partner Login.
