Seeking help when you are logged-in

  • All administrators have access to chat conversation tool at the bottom right to start a help conversation
  • Administrators can also create a help ticket from right top "support" section. Our support SLAs apply on these tickets.
  • All premium users can start chat conversation from the portal or from the app (help section)
  • All admins and users can call the support no directly
