Q1. From which role can inventory be assigned for Van Sales?

 A: Only the Partner role can assign inventory for Van sales.

 

Q2. Can the sold quantity on assigned inventory be checked?

 A: Yes, the sold quantity can be seen while closing the inventory on the confirm page.

 

Q3. Where can closed inventory be checked?

 A: Closed inventory can be checked with admin/Partner login through the inventory movement log.

 

Q4. What activities are shown in customer stock view movement?

 A: Activities like delivered dispatch, sales log, return and reset stock are displayed.

 

Q5. In which case will customer inventory not be created?

 A: Customer inventory will not be created if delivery is not marked within 7 days or if marked delivery is not synced within 24 hours.

 

Q6. Can stock norms be uploaded by the Partner login?

 A: No, stock norms can only be uploaded by the admin.
