AI-Powered Proposed Order made more effective
Several of our customers and their field reps have been using AI-Powered Order Proposal to maximize order value in repeat order collection scenarios. Our user experience team decided to bring it up-front in the Order Taking process, so more users could use it. You can expect a near future release to provide data about, which orders were taken using the recommendation engine and value of proposed order v/s actual order to assess the impact.
On-Spot Delivery Confirmation, Invoicing, and Payment Collection for Van Sales
Now field executives can confirm delivery on the spot to generate invoices. Invoices can be printed or digitally shared. Payment collection with reference to invoice has also been extended on the mobile app.
SKU Picture, Details, and Category-wise Listing in Order Taking Process
It’s here. You will see SKU picture on Order and other screens. SKU detail page has been added to include SKU details like MOP/MRP details and running schemes. Order Taking with a wider range of product categories is made easier with Product Category & Subcategory filters while taking an order. In most cases, however, we recommend field reps to use our AI-Powered Proposed Order feature to avoid SKU selection one at a time.
Filter Customers even on Custom Attributes
Both App and Portal will now allow filtering of customer list on custom attributes as well. This is a highly versatile feature that can be used to facilitate the discovery of customers on various criteria.
